Description
A flavorful dish combining steak and pasta in a creamy, spicy garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb steak
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove steak and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic.
- Add red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Slice steak and place on top of pasta.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Use your favorite type of steak.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
