Description

A flavorful dish combining steak and pasta in a creamy, spicy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steak in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove steak and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic.
  6. Add red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  9. Slice steak and place on top of pasta.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Use your favorite type of steak.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
