- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top the cooled cake with whipped cream and mixed berries.
- Slice and serve to guests.
