Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil, butter, garlic, and herbs.
- Stuff the turkey with vegetables and stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare cranberry sauce by simmering cranberries with sugar and water.
- Make pumpkin pie by mixing pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and spices, then bake in a pie crust.
- Let the turkey rest before carving and serve with cranberry sauce and pie.
