- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Transfer the crackers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store crackers in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Experiment with spices like smoked paprika or herbs for different flavors.
- For a cheesy flavor, increase nutritional yeast or add a pinch of cheddar powder.
