- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs.
- Dip cauliflower florets in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower bites.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
