Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
