Instructions
- Preheat your oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each salmon piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko.
