Description
Crispy chilli chicken is a flavorful dish with a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2–3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
- Dredge marinated chicken in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add green chilies, onion, and bell pepper.
- Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Add fried chicken and chili sauce. Mix well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili quantity for desired spiciness.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
