Crispy chilli chicken is a flavorful dish with a spicy kick.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 23 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
  2. Dredge marinated chicken in cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add green chilies, onion, and bell pepper.
  6. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Add fried chicken and chili sauce. Mix well.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.

  • Adjust chili quantity for desired spiciness.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
