- 1 cup almond flour

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the nuggets until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
