Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust lemon and pepper to taste.
