Crispy parmesan chicken bites served with a smoked cajun alfredo gemelli pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces gemelli pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smoked gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken bites on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cook gemelli pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and stir in smoked gouda and cajun seasoning until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce.
- Serve chicken bites over the pasta.
Notes
- Adjust cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For extra crispiness, broil chicken for 2-3 minutes after baking.
