Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Carefully place the coated chicken in the hot oil.
  7. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
