  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes to release excess moisture.
  2. Use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out the moisture from the zucchini.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
