- 2 pounds cube steak
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place cube steak in the crock pot.
- Top with sliced onion.
- In a bowl, mix cream of celery soup, beef broth, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour mixture over the cube steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- For thicker gravy, remove some liquid and thicken with cornstarch.
- You can add vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a complete meal.
