A rich and creamy hot chocolate made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in the crock pot.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once heated through and well combined, serve hot.
- Top with whipped cream or marshmallows if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- Can be made ahead and kept warm in the crock pot.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
