Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the browned beef to the crock pot.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the crock pot.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot with toppings of your choice.
