Ingredients
Scale
- 6 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel and chop the apples.
- Add apples to the crockpot.
- Pour in water, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Mash apples to desired consistency.
- Serve warm or store in the fridge.
