Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
- Add the vegetables and garlic to the crockpot.
- Stir in the beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve hot.
