Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine chicken, carrots, peas, potatoes, and onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the crockpot.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, place pie crust over the top of the mixture.
  7. Cook until the crust is golden and flaky.
