- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for doneness and serve.
