Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat and transfer beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot.
