Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add macaroni and water to the crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 15 minutes until macaroni is tender.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well and cook on low for 30 minutes.
  5. Stir again before serving.
