A creamy and cheesy mac and cheese made effortlessly in a crockpot.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add macaroni and water to the crockpot.
- Cook on high for 15 minutes until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and cook on low for 30 minutes.
- Stir again before serving.
Notes
- For a baked flavor, broil in the oven for a few minutes after cooking.
- Add cooked bacon or vegetables for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
