A simple recipe for delicious crockpot meatballs.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot with pasta or on a sub roll.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the meat mixture.
- You can use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
