Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the pork chops on both sides.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Add the seared pork chops on top of the onions.
- Pour the chicken broth over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Serve hot with your choice of side.

- Use bone-in chops for more flavor.
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- Pair with vegetables for a complete meal.
