  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
