Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Transfer to the crockpot.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve warm.
