A simple and delicious Thanksgiving meal prepared in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 lbs turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Place turkey breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Spread cranberry sauce on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the turkey with two forks before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
