Instructions
- Place the roast in the crockpot.
- Add chopped carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
