This crockpot soup is easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup corn, frozen
Instructions
- Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir the ingredients together.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add the frozen corn.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
