Crockpot stuffed shells are a comforting cheesy delight, perfect for busy days.
Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place the stuffed shells in the crockpot, seam side up.
- Cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
Notes
- Use any marinara sauce you prefer.
- Top with extra mozzarella before serving, if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
