Crockpot stuffed shells are a comforting cheesy delight, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in the crockpot, seam side up.
  6. Cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.

Notes

  • Use any marinara sauce you prefer.
  • Top with extra mozzarella before serving, if desired.
