Delicious and adorable desserts to celebrate Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute pumpkin with sweet potato puree.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
