Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the solid coconut oil and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add almond milk and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the dairy free chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
