Instructions
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Chill the cashew dip for 30 minutes.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers on a platter.
- Serve the dip alongside the fresh vegetables.
