  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond milk, coconut sugar, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Stir well.
  4. In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
