Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh green beans
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the green beans.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the green beans and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
