Deliciously rich and fudgy double chocolate brownies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour, cocoa, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container.
- Brownies can be frozen for up to three months.
- For extra flavor, add nuts or espresso powder.
