- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and transfer beef to the crockpot.
- Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, bell peppers, and pepperoni to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add mozzarella cheese on top.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
