Ingredients

- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place beef, garlic, onion, tomatoes, broth, and seasoning in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture and stir well.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
