A delicious Greek chili chicken alfredo with smoked feta cream and crispy parmesan asparagus.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup smoked feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken breasts with chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  5. In the same pan, add heavy cream and smoked feta cheese, stirring until smooth.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and mix well.
  7. In another pan, sauté asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper until crispy.
  8. Serve fettuccine topped with sliced chicken and asparagus on the side.
  9. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
