A delicious Greek chili chicken alfredo with smoked feta cream and crispy parmesan asparagus.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smoked feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Season chicken breasts with chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and smoked feta cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and mix well.
- In another pan, sauté asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper until crispy.
- Serve fettuccine topped with sliced chicken and asparagus on the side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
- Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
- Smoked feta can be substituted with regular feta if desired.
