Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Season the short ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 6 hours.
- Every hour, spritz the ribs with beef broth.
- After 6 hours, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Cook for an additional hour until the sauce sets.
- Let the ribs rest for 15 minutes before serving.
