Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and set aside.

- Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.

- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
