  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in pumpkin puree and chopped pecans.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
