Ingredients

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Stir in the evaporated milk until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
