Ingredients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 loaf of bread for stuffing
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil green beans and carrots until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate pot, prepare mashed potatoes according to your recipe.
- Mix corn with butter and heat in a pan.
- Prepare stuffing by sautéing onion and celery, adding sage and thyme, then mixing with bread.
- Stuff the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve cranberry sauce chilled alongside the dishes.
