Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup red bean paste
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan.
  4. Spread red bean paste over the mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture on top.
  6. Steam for 30 minutes.
  7. Let it cool and cut into pieces.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

Notes

  • Use a bamboo steamer for best results.
  • Store in an airtight container.
