Description
A delicious and crunchy taco salad made with Doritos.
Ingredients

- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Cook according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheese.
- Add cooked beef to the bowl and mix well.
- Top with Doritos, sour cream, and salsa before serving.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of Doritos.
- Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add avocado for extra flavor.
