Description

A delicious and crunchy taco salad made with Doritos.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water. Cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheese.
  4. Add cooked beef to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Top with Doritos, sour cream, and salsa before serving.
