Delicious cupcakes filled with creamy custard and topped with chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pastry cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  6. Fill cupcake liners with batter.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool, then fill with pastry cream.
  9. Top with chocolate ganache.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
