Description

A rich and creamy chocolate bar inspired by the flavors of Dubai.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 50g chopped nuts
  • 30g dried fruit
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a double boiler.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the chopped nuts and dried fruit to the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the mixture into a chocolate bar mold.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.
  6. Remove from the mold and cut into bars.

Notes

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Adjust the type and amount of nuts and fruit to your taste.
  • For a sweeter bar, add more milk chocolate.
