Description
A rich and creamy chocolate bar inspired by the flavors of Dubai.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g chopped nuts
- 30g dried fruit
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a double boiler.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the chopped nuts and dried fruit to the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into a chocolate bar mold.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.
- Remove from the mold and cut into bars.
Notes
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Adjust the type and amount of nuts and fruit to your taste.
- For a sweeter bar, add more milk chocolate.
