Dulce de leche cheesecake bars are creamy, sweet, and decadent. They combine the richness of cheesecake with the caramel flavor of dulce de leche.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add dulce de leche, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother texture.
- Chill the bars overnight for best results.
- Top with extra dulce de leche before serving if desired.
