- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- Blend in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed before adding the next.
- Stir in sour cream, dulce de leche, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and cool at room temperature for 2 hours before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, drizzled with extra dulce de leche if desired.
Notes
- For a chocolate variation, add 1/4 cup cocoa powder to the batter.
- Top with whipped cream for added texture.
- Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
